We can only see a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum called visible light.

The same can be said about our understanding of thoughts. If we cannot see something doesn't mean that it does not exist.

We must shift our point of view to see things from different angles. Whether it is our own view or someone else's. Challenging our pre-assumptions and an open mind can help us see the world from a different perspective.
